It is called Bearfoots Sled Team and features 4 bears - looks like could be Papa,
Mama and 2 kids - dressed in their winter scarves or hats sitting on a long sled.
Measures about 7 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide and 3 3/4 inches tall.  Initialed
JF on the little one's behind.  Marked on the bottom and numbered 0101/3416.
No chips, cracks or repairs.  Comes with original box, packing and hang tag.
