  • Condition: What we have to offer for your viewing pleasure here is this beautiful antique brilliant cut crystal serving dish! This stunning beauty is solid crystal from the tray to the inserts! The sides of the tray is trimmed in a classic brilliant fan and diamond cut pattern with a star burst at the center/ each dish is made of glass that is as thick and solid as the tray itself with star burst motifs at the center of each. It will make for a perfect hors d'oeuvres server at your dinner table during the holidays as it is absolutely gorgeous! It is not marked anywhere that I have seen, my best guess judging from the quality is old unmarked Baccarat or another French cristallerie like St. Louis. It is in good overall condition for its age with chips and hairlines to two of the dishes and along the edged of the tray itself. It measures 11.75" wide across and it sits 2" high. Each insert measures 3-5/8" long by 4-3/8" wide and sit 1-3/8" high.

We have sold a lot of crystal and specifically fine French crystal over the years and we have never seen a tray of this quality as beautiful as this one is. Something about the crystal itself and the cutting makes us feel that this is French cut crystal versus American Brilliant but you never know. It will make for a perfect hors d'oeuvres server at your dinner table during the holidays as it is absolutely gorgeous!
