old antique heavy metal grizzly bear saddle on back early 1900s

Description

very old antique cast metal figural bear. he has a saddle attached on his on his back  My guess is he was a souvenir and the emblem (saddle) had identified where from. heavy wonderfully cast old bear. very learly 20th century is his age. about 3" long and 2" tall.  great whimsical face and terrific piece! loads of wear including that he has been painted, scratches, dings,  missing part of right back foot. their on some identification marks  on that foot but I can't make it out.
