12 Volter heater kit for Bobcat, Case, CAT, Daawoo, Gehl, John Deere, Mustang, New Holland, Scat Trak, Thomas & more
This 12 volt heater is 4,000 BTU...creates a comfortable cab temperature when plowing snow or working in cold weather. If the heater is mounted on the ceiling, off to the side in the back of the cab it helps circulate the air and works as a defroster on the windshield. The heater draws 20 AMPS, it is a special order heater for skid steers.
This heater does not produce a lot of heat as it is only 12 volt, but if the enclosed cab on your machine is fairly airtight it helps keep a comfortable environment in the cab.  We also have auxiliary coolant heaters available for 0 more that tie into the coolant lines.   The install is more involved but the coolant heaters throw a lot more heat.  We use this type of 12 volt heater on some of our skid steers used for snow removal
If the full kit is installed the cab is not hard to heat, this heater will keep the cab comfortable and help keep the winshield defrosted. The alternator output on the smaller machines such as the New Holland LX565 & LS160 is 40 AMPS, and the alternators on the larger machines have a higher AMP output so running this heater pulling 20 AMPS works fine
