SANQ magazine specialized in needlework history, antique samplers, and sewing tools.
Issues included antique sampler projects with modern charts for contemporary stitchers.
There were also many interesting articles and photo spreads of historical collections.
It premiered in 1991 as a quarterly magazine and ran for three years with Vols. 1 through 12.
Vol.13 was not published until late 1998. It resumed in 1999 with Vols. 14 through 17, and
continued until the final issue (#80) was published in late 2015.
