These whimsical figurine collectibles date to the first quarter of the 20th century and are getting exceedingly hard to find.   They were mostly produced in Germany.  The pot metal figurines holding an umbrella came in various types of animals - owls, bears, cats, rabbits, dogs etc.
This one has two BEARS.  The original paint has some paint loss and there is a piece off the back of one bear as shown in the pictures.
It measures about 3" to top of umbrella.
